Setup Instructions for the CineMarks Light Engine LED Disc

​

• Insert the Battery

  Place a CR2032 or LIR 2032 battery into the LED disc, ensuring correct polarity:

  • Negative side facing negative

  • Positive side facing positive

• Install the LED Disc

  ​​​​​​​Insert the LED disc (with battery installed) into the acrylic cavity of the Tee Mark and replace the silicone cap over the LED disc to secure it in place.

​

• Powering On & Selecting a Color

  • ​​​​​​​Press and hold the center button for 1 second to turn the LED disc ON.

  • ​​​​​​​Press and hold the same button for 2 seconds to cycle through to the next color

  • Repeat to cycle through all 7 colors

• Powering Off

  • ​​​​​​​Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the LED disc OFF.

  • ​​​​​​​When powered back on, the disc will retain the last selected color—unless the battery has been removed.​​​​​​​

✏️Dry Erase feature:

Each CineMark features a smooth acrylic top surface designed for use with dry erase markers. This allows users to easily add custom notes such as sequence numbers, actor names, lens height, or other scene-specific details—perfect for dynamic and fast-paced production environments.

To erase, simply wipe clean with a dry cloth or tissue.
 

Note: We do not recommend writing on the silicone portion of the mark, as it is not designed for dry erase use.

Silicone sleeve: 

Each CineMark includes a custom-designed silicone sleeve that fits securely over the acrylic core. This added feature helps prevent slipping on smooth surfaces, ensuring your marks stay exactly where you place them.

🔋 Battery Compatibility & Performance

CineMarks are designed to operate with either CR2032 (non-rechargeable) or LIR2032 (rechargeable) coin cell batteries, giving users flexibility based on their workflow and power needs.

​

We offer both battery types on our site, along with a compatible LIR2032 charger for those who prefer a rechargeable option.

⏱ Average Illumination Time:

• CR2032 (non-rechargeable): Up to 55 hours of continuous use

• LIR2032 (rechargeable): Up to 8 hours per charge

 

Actual battery life may vary depending on usage patterns and color settings.
